This was the first time I ever dealt with a law firm and I didnāt know what to expect or what was expected of me. I was connected with Alex, who is beyond amazing. Alex made sure to keep me updated and informed throughout the entire process. I never once felt ignored or dismissed of my concerns. Everyone was very supportive, helpful and knowledgeable. Siplyak siplyak3 days agoI was in a minor fender bender, I didnāt think that the accident which wasnāt our fault would be worth any money at all. I hit my head on the window and didnāt think much of it at the time, but when my husband called Hillstone law, they took it from there. The whole time from the car accident to getting our car repaired we had no idea that there would be a settlement at the end. It was such a surprise to hear that we also had Money coming from the accident. I just want to say āThank you, to all the the lawyers that did there part, for your help. Rain R.370 days agoMy accident date was April 2024. Less than 2 years later, I received an amazing settlement! Hillstone Law delivered above and beyond! Their communication was amazing, keeping me informed every step of the way! I've used other attorneys and never spoken with them past the initial conversation, only receiving a check at the end. At Hillstone, If I was switched to an attorney in a different department, I was informed. Needed to see a doctor, informed. Any changes that happened I was emailed, texted and called! And you would think these are things that Law firms do as a standard practice, but not true! They received the max payouts available from insurances, which was the best result possible. The communication was impeccable. They always got back to me very quickly when I contacted them, and the firm proactively kept me up to date on my case. Proving fault was never an issue at all, as they handled that as well. They provided in depth, clear explanation and input when I needed it. I feel well represented and protected. I hope I don't need them again, but this is my new go-to firm.
