Daniel Weinberg, Esq.
Daniel Weinberg is an attorney at Hillstone Accident and Injury Lawyers. He specializes in personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. Prior to joining Hillstone Accident and Injury Lawyers, Daniel spent his legal career representing doctors, hospitals, and nursing homes in complex medical malpractice and elder abuse cases and being mentored by one of the nation’s best trial attorneys, Richard D. Carroll. During that time, Daniel obtained numerous judgments, dismissals, and favorable settlements on behalf of his clients. Most notably, Daniel was featured in the Daily Journal’s Top Verdicts for helping obtain a defense verdict on behalf of an Ob-Gyn in a case involving catastrophic brain injury caused by a spontaneous subdural hematoma. He was also featured in the Daily Journal for helping obtain a defense verdict on behalf of a prominent plastic surgeon in a lawsuit brought by a sheikh from the United Arab Emirates. The case involved allegations of medical malpractice, fraud, and retained gauze. In July 2023, Daniel joined Hillstone Accident and Injury Lawyers, P.C. to represent victims and their families.
In 2018, Daniel graduated cum laude from SMU Dedman School of Law. In 2015, he graduated from Southern Methodist University.
While in college, Daniel competed professionally in mixed martial arts, training under one of the world’s top MMA coaches, Sayif Saud, and he was a member of the Texas MMA Team of the Year in 2013.
